Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization) manager. This position requires a strong background in the fintech industry and the ability to lead and execute organic growth strategies across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy covering both Google and Yandex
- Conduct technical SEO audits and address issues such as indexing, crawling efficiency, Core Web Vitals, and structured data (schema)
- Optimize content architecture and page elements based on fintech user search intent
- Lead external link construction and digital public relations strategies to enhance domain authority and search visibility
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Yandex Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO to monitor and analyze SEO performance
- Collaborate with content, products, and development teams to ensure all web assets follow SEO best practices
- Guide SEO team members or freelancers in ASO direction as needed
- Develop iOS and Android dual platform app store optimization strategies
- Conduct app store keyword research and optimize titles, subheadings, keyword fields, and descriptions
- Perform A/B testing of creative materials (icons, screenshots, preview videos) to increase conversion rates
- Use App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party tools to track and improve organic installations
- Work closely with user acquisition (UA) and creative teams to align paid and organic growth strategies
- Analyze competitor apps and market trends to maintain app store page competitiveness
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO (Google and Yandex) and ASO (App Store and Google Play) performance management
- Strong project management skills and experience leading small teams
- Hands-on experience throughout the entire SEO/ASO process
- Background in fintech industry preferred
- Ability to enhance product discoverability, traffic, installations, and conversion rates
- Familiarity with various SEO and ASO tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to optimization
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
