Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rust/Smart Contract Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the architecture and development of our internal Rust/Smart Contract projects, ensuring their successful launch and stable operation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on security and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the architecture and development work of the company's internal Rust/Smart Contract project according to product requirements
- Cooperate with product, testing, DevOps and other cooperative teams to ensure the safe launch and stable operation of the project
- Promote the development of internal Rust/Contract project security and best practice standards
- Coach and train other engineers to improve the team's organizational strength
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce technological innovations and security practices to the team
