Smart Contract Engineer at Inco

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop POCs for various blockchain use cases, including private voting and on-chain captables.
• Collaborate with external partners to integrate our solutions into their projects and platforms.
• Promptly investigate and resolve technical issues from external or internal communities regarding blockchain-related inquiries across all channels.
• Directly support the community and developers in deploying, testing, and maintaining features like bridge features, tooling, DApps, libraries, etc.
• Continuously improve the content on Inco’s technical documentation and community forums.
• Work closely with engineering, monitoring, documentation, and business teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the Inco Labs team to build novel use cases utilizing Inco’s fhEVM, such as fully on-chain games with hidden information and confidential DeFi protocol designs.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in blockchain technology and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Proficiency in working with external partners and integrating solutions into diverse platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Experience in supporting developer communities with deployment, testing, and maintenance of blockchain features.
• Ability to create and improve technical documentation and forum content.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across engineering, monitoring, documentation, and business teams.
• Knowledge of fhEVM and experience in building innovative use cases like on-chain games and confidential DeFi protocols is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cryptography or secure computation technologies.
• Experience with fully on-chain gaming or confidential DeFi protocol development.
• Familiarity with Inco’s ecosystem and tools.
