Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth in the Web3 and cryptocurrency space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic social media strategies tailored for Web3 and crypto audiences.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, memes) optimized for platforms including Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments/DMs and fostering a loyal, active community around our crypto card products.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native analytics, delivering regular reports on KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions).
- Stay updated on Web3, cryptocurrency, and DeFi trends to produce timely, relevant, and viral content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align social media campaigns with product launches, partnerships, and announcements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications while adhering to crypto regulations.
Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years of social media management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
- Deep understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and blockchain technology; active participation in crypto communities is a plus.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to craft concise, compelling, and crypto-native content.
- Familiarity with Web3 platforms like Discord, Telegram, and emerging decentralized social networks.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
