Job Description
This role involves documenting and creating engaging content from team activities to be shared across various new media platforms. The ideal candidate will capture, edit, and distribute content to enhance audience engagement and grow the fan base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily team activities including internal discussions, brainstorming sessions, project interviews, and one-on-one interviews through video and audio recording.
  • Edit and refine recorded content to produce high-quality short videos, podcasts, and other multimedia formats suitable for new media platforms.
  • Operate and manage content distribution on new media platforms to maximize visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and audience preferences.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve content reach and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and new media platform management.
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audacity).
  • Strong understanding of new media trends and best practices for audience engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to transform raw content into compelling stories.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
