As a social media manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing posts, interacting with followers, and driving follower growth through large-scale events. Key Responsibilities
- Researching the current benchmark trends and audience preferences of Chainbase
- Design and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives
- Set specific goals and report return on investment (ROI)
- Generate, edit, publish, and share attractive content daily (such as original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Monitor SEO and network traffic indicators
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and technology development teams, to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond promptly to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, including promotions and competition activities
- Understand the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
