Job Description
This role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and community engagement for Securitize and Converge. The ideal candidate will create compelling content while ensuring alignment with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a compelling, channel-specific social media calendar for both the Securitize and Converge brands
- Create and curate engaging, shareable content (graphics, memes, threads, polls, etc.) aligned with RWA tokenization trends
- Engage with community members, influencers, and industry leaders to drive conversations and grow reach
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify product launches, partnerships, and event campaigns
Operations & Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth, and campaign outcomes
- Optimize content strategy using platform analytics and performance insights
- Manage approvals, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and compliance when necessary
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and regulatory requirements (especially in financial and securities markets)
- Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation
- Strong understanding of RWA tokenization and financial markets
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial and securities markets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
