Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Activate and optimize Twitter accounts to align with algorithm preferences during the initialization phase.
• Publish at least 2 high-quality creative content pieces daily (100-200 words each) with images, emojis, and tags.
• Manually guide initial interactions within 15 minutes of posting to avoid being flagged as low-value content.
• Structure content according to algorithm preferences: 50% original insights, 30% lightweight interactions, and 20% project educational content.
• Tag 1-3 algorithm-preferred accounts (e.g., Delphi, Paradigm, a16z crypto members) to establish implicit guidance for follow+retweet actions.
• Add 3-5 trending hashtags weekly (e.g., #zk, #Ethereum) to enhance visibility.
• Increase interaction rates by including at least 1 structured interaction (e.g., polls, formatted syntax) in daily content.
• Process all retweets within 1 hour to maximize engagement.
• Establish account topic weight by consistently using stable keywords and domain tags (e.g., ZK, zkVM, zkRollup).
• Publish multimedia content weekly: 2 image-based posts and 1 native video every two weeks.
• Conduct at least 2 influencer links weekly (e.g., commenting on ZachXBT/Vitalik content) to foster community growth.
• Design and execute cold-start activities (e.g., non-monetary reward campaigns) to drive engagement.
• Launch content series (e.g., #ZKRidays) to build follow habits and topic binding.

Job Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Preference given to candidates with AI prompt engineering certifications.
• Must be an avid internet user with a minimum of 10 hours of daily online activity.
• Strong understanding of Twitter's algorithm and content optimization strategies.
• Ability to create engaging, high-altitude creative content with text, images, and emojis.
• Familiarity with Crypto Infra, ZKP technology trends, and developer communities.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and driving engagement.
• Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
