Job Description
Twitter Operations + KOL Collaboration + Event Planning
- Take full responsibility for content and growth on X (Twitter) as the primary platform, creating a brand voice with "attention-grabbing" appeal and a relatable persona.
- Build and manage a network of trading-oriented KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), plan and execute activities such as product launches, trading competitions, and AMAs to drive registrations, deposits, and trading conversions.
- Requires excellent English proficiency, a deep understanding of trading, and the ability to create engaging topics and interactions based on market trends and hot topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Create Content from a Trader's Perspective
- Market-driven content: No more posting for the sake of posting. You'll develop a content calendar based on your understanding of market trends, funding rates, long/short ratios, and hot narratives. Know when to post technical analysis, memes, or risk warnings.
- Produce content traders love: Craft or guide the creation of tweets with "strong hooks"—whether it's an instant analysis of a market crash, an alert about arbitrage opportunities in funding rates, or an in-depth order book analysis of a newly listed contract.
- Build a "knowledgeable" persona: In comments, DMs, and Spaces, you're not just an editor but a professional with trading insights. Engage users with expert responses, industry jargon, and a professional yet approachable brand personality.
- KOL Collaboration: Network as a Trader
- Build a "trading circle" network: You're already active in trading communities, with contacts of top traders, signal providers, quant experts, and community leaders. Your role is to turn these connections into ecosystem partners.
- Co-create professional content: Move beyond simple ads. Collaborate with KOLs on market analysis, post-mortems of liquidation events, trading strategy discussions, or even bull/bear debates. Ensure the content has real trading value, not just marketing fluff.
- KOL incubation and retention: Identify promising but under-the-radar traders. Use platform resources (traffic, copy-trading features, rebate policies) to help them build their personal IPs, creating deep, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Event Planning and Execution
- Product launches and feature promotions: Plan listing timelines, pre-launch hype, distribution matrices, cross-platform coordination, and synchronized media/KOL campaigns.
- Trading-driven campaigns: Organize trading competitions, check-in tasks, leaderboards, and reward mechanisms, integrating platforms like Galxe/Zealy/Layer3.
- Offline/conference tie-ins: Coordinate joint events, side events, or Spaces during major gatherings like TOKEN2049 or KBW to boost brand visibility and leads.
- Data, Compliance, and Collaboration
- Metrics dashboard: Track impressions/engagement/net follower growth, clicks/registrations/deposits/trading conversions, and A/B test content and partnerships.
- Risk and compliance: Navigate promotional restrictions across jurisdictions, ensure proper disclosures/disclaimers, and swiftly address scams/phishing attempts.
- Cross-team alignment: Sync with product, trading, operations, marketing, PR, and legal teams to maintain consistent messaging and close feedback loops.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional bilingual (English/Chinese) skills for high-quality copywriting, hosting, and business communication.
- Trader at heart: Hands-on trading experience (spot or derivatives) with deep insight into trader psychology—greed, fear, FOMO, and FUD. You understand slippage, liquidity, liquidations, and can engage KOLs meaningfully.
- Attention-grabbing prowess: Skilled at crafting high-engagement hooks, topic-setting, trend-jacking, and social virality tactics.
- 1+ years in social media/content/community ops (crypto/fintech preferred), with proven X (Twitter) success and quantifiable results.
- Existing or rapidly expandable network of trading KOLs, plus negotiation, contract execution, and project delivery abilities.
- Data-driven: Proficient with UTM/short links, attribution, dashboards. Can analyze both trading and operational metrics to distinguish between "airdrop hunters" and genuine trading contributors.
- Tools and execution: Familiar with X Pro/TweetDeck, scheduling/listening tools, and platforms like Galxe/Zealy/Layer3 for Spaces management.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments, with flexibility to respond during critical market hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- You're a recognized trader/signal provider with your own follower base or paid community.
- Prior experience in community/marketing at a top exchange, managing trading KOLs.
- Basic design/video editing skills to create trader-friendly clips or viral memes.
- Knowledge of CEX/DEX ecosystems, AMMs, aggregators, and on-chain analytics tools.
Benefits
Top-tier brand affiliation, remote work options, priority access to resources, year-end bonuses, and promotion opportunities.
