Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Taiwan Social Media Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence across various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Threads, Line, and Discord. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage multiple social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Threads, Line, Discord, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media content strategies using localized and creative approaches to attract target user groups and achieve company objectives
- Optimize social media activities and content to increase platform fan base, engagement rates, and user conversion
- Respond to fan messages and private inquiries in a timely manner to enhance interaction and build strong relationships with the community
- Track and analyze post-performance data reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions for platform optimization
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the blockchain industry and social media to ensure our platform content remains relevant and aligned with local market trends
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media operations, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
- Strong understanding of Taiwan's social media landscape and user behavior
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with a creative mindset
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the community effectively
- Passion for blockchain technology and staying updated with industry trends
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
