Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Platform Management: Own the strategy, content calendar, and execution for X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Content Creation: Write high-quality English copy, from long-form educational threads on X to professional updates on LinkedIn and visually engaging stories for IG.
3. Trend Jacking: Monitor crypto news, memes, and market shifts 24/7. Be the first to jump on relevant trends to keep our brand at the center of the conversation.
4. Community Engagement: Foster two-way conversations with our followers, influencers, and partner projects. It’s not just about posting; it’s about \"vibing\" with the community.
5. Analytics & Growth: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion) and provide weekly reports to optimize our social ROI.
6. Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to support token launches, feature updates, and event activations.

4. 社区互动运营：与用户、KOL、合作项目方保持高频互动，建立双向沟通氛围。除了内容发布，更需要真正融入并活跃于社区文化（“vibing with the community”）。
5. 数据分析与增长优化：跟踪核心 KPI（互动率、曝光量、转化率等），定期输出周报及复盘分析，不断优化社交媒体增长效果与 ROI。
6. 营销活动协作：与市场、产品团队紧密配合，支持 Token Launch、产品功能更新、线上线下活动等营销项目的推广与传播。
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Crypto-Native: Minimum 2+ years of experience working. You must know your \"GM\" from your \"WAGMI\" and understand how the market moves.
2. Language: Exceptional written and spoken English is a must. You should be able to communicate with a native-level feel — knowing when to be professional, and when to lean into crypto slang, memes, and internet culture. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
3. Platform Expert: Proven track record of growing social accounts. You know the different algorithms for X vs. LinkedIn and how to tailor content accordingly.
4. Trend Awareness: Deeply connected to the industry. You follow the right alpha callers, developers, and news outlets to stay ahead of the curve.
5. Creative Mindset: Ability to coordinate with designers for memes, infographics, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).

3. 平台运营经验：有成功运营并增长社交媒体账号的实际经验，熟悉 X（Twitter）、LinkedIn 等不同平台的内容逻辑与推荐机制，能够针对平台特性制定内容策略。
4. 行业敏感度：深度关注 Crypto 行业动态，长期追踪行业 KOL、Alpha Caller、开发者及主流资讯渠道，能够快速捕捉趋势并转化为传播内容。
5. 创意与协作能力：具备良好的内容创意能力，能够与设计团队协作完成 Meme、信息图（Infographic）、短视频（Reels/TikTok）等多种内容形式的策划与输出
