Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Community Engagement: Foster and grow an active online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing discussions.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Brand Advocacy: Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand credibility.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or blockchain industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
• Strong content creation skills with experience in various formats (text, images, videos, infographics).
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in influencer collaboration and brand advocacy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging platforms.
