Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate social media accounts based on phased goals and plans to achieve content reading and fan growth.
• Keep up with industry trends, be responsible for content planning and output of social media accounts, create IP image, and enhance IP influence.
• Explore user needs, plan, interact, execute, and track the effectiveness of targeted online marketing activities, and be responsible for user stickiness, activity, and conversion rates.
• Actively interact with users, tap into potential and core users, and promote user conversion.
• Record and analyze daily operational data, reflect user behavior through data, and optimize operational methods.
• Make corresponding adjustments and improvement plans in a timely manner, collect user feedback, and communicate with relevant departments.
