Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Telegram Operations Specialist to join our team. Initially, this position supports remote work, but later requires relocation to Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence and Telegram community, ensuring engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content publishing, campaign planning, and fan interaction on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Oversee Telegram groups, enhance group activity, address user inquiries, and coordinate promotional tasks.
- Draft external communications, announcements, and campaign copy with clear and compelling language.
- Plan and execute community activities such as airdrops, Q&A sessions, and other engagement initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and optimize social media and community strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or community operations, with proficiency in Telegram and Twitter.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to quickly draft external communications or campaign materials.
- Familiarity with blockchain, CEX, or Web3 industries is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in Telegram community promotions or event planning is a plus.
