Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of engaging social media campaigns, interact with our online community, and contribute to content creation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Brainstorm and research innovative ideas for original content that aligns with our brand voice
  • Write compelling social media captions that effectively engage our target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related field
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
