Job Description
As a Japanese Social Media Community Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing Bitget's online presence across major social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and community engagement techniques tailored to Japanese-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, monitor user interactions, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance brand visibility and user retention in the cryptocurrency industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation and promotion of Bitget's social media platforms including Twitter, Telegram, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
- Develop and execute event strategies for daily and trending topics, creating interactive campaigns to boost fan activity, loyalty, and community participation while aligning with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback across social media platforms, track community dynamics, and promptly address concerns to maintain a positive brand image and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends and industry developments, leveraging this knowledge to create targeted strategies that cater to diverse user preferences and behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize social media content, campaigns, and community management practices, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of social media metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance engagement and growth.

Job Requirements
