Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using Solana.
• Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem, introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing smart contracts and decentralized applications on Solana.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Solana's architecture and ecosystem.
• Experience with cross-chain interoperability solutions and integrating multiple blockchain networks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for staying updated with emerging trends and innovations in the blockchain space.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers is a plus.
