Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies to support crypto-native organizations in executing transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the co-founders and core team members to define technical requirements and drive product development.
• Architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable systems that align with the long-term goals of Den and its clients.
• Lead the onboarding and integration of new team members, ensuring alignment with Den's technical standards and cultural values.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in blockchain development, and evaluate their potential impact on Den's products and services.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Document code, system architecture, and technical processes to facilitate team collaboration and future development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly in building applications for decentralized systems.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized application (dApp) ecosystems.
• Fluent in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and/or Go, with experience in front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails, and databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, decentralized technologies, and the future of web3 innovation.
• Preferred: Experience with decentralized identity protocols, IPFS, or other blockchain-related tools and platforms.
