Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with integration partners to design, develop, and launch new web3 protocols on the Aptos blockchain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Enhance the developer experience by creating intuitive tooling, detailed tutorials, comprehensive documentation, and engaging blog posts that cater to the needs of Korean developers.
• Contribute to the technical design and implementation of products and protocols, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Organize, present at, and actively participate in meetups, hackathons, and conferences across Korea, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting the platform's ecosystem.
• Formulate and execute a growth plan to engage the Korean developer community, including identifying key partnerships, planning community-driven initiatives, and measuring impact.
• Establish and maintain systems and processes that ensure seamless developer community building, participation, and long-term engagement with the platform.
• Continuously research and learn about cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain technologies, staying updated on industry trends and sharing insights to inform organizational strategies.
• Actively engage with the Korean web3 community through networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen the platform's presence and credibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product development, community initiatives, and technical execution, fostering a cohesive and innovative work environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to integration partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimization of web3 protocols on Aptos.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong background in blockchain development, particularly with Aptos blockchain technology.
• Excellent understanding of web3 protocols, developer tools, and ecosystem-building strategies to effectively support integration partners and community initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and engage with the Korean web3 community.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration with team members.
• Experience in organizing and participating in developer events, hackathons, or conferences to build community presence and drive engagement.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, tutorials, and blog content that is clear, concise, and accessible to developers of varying expertise levels.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, NFT platforms, and blockchain trends to provide informed insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, optimize protocols, and ensure successful integration with partners.
• Ability to develop and implement systems that streamline developer onboarding, community management, and protocol deployment processes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities, including product development, community engagement, and event coordination.
