Salary and Benefits
Competitive compensation package ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month, or equivalent USD, based on experience and expertise. Work Location and Setup
Initially, the position requires a centralized office in Hangzhou for the first three months to ensure seamless integration with the core development team and infrastructure setup. After this period, the role transitions to a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work flexibility while maintaining regular communication with the team. This setup ensures both structured collaboration during critical project phases and the freedom to work from anywhere globally, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop a secure, scalable decentralized fundraising platform tailored for RWA projects, ensuring compliance with blockchain standards and regulatory requirements.
- Write and audit smart contracts to facilitate the launch, operation, and governance of energy-related initiatives, with a focus on transparency, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and legal advisors to refine platform features and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability, security, and seamless user interactions, while addressing technical challenges proactively.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in DeFi and RWA to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the platform's functionality.
- Participate in the development of documentation, whitepapers, and technical specifications to support platform adoption and user onboarding.
- Engage with the community and stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote the platform's value proposition in the energy sector.
- Ensure the platform's compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy laws and financial regulations, to build trust with users and investors.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong background in smart contract programming (Solidity, Vyper, etc.) and decentralized application (DApp) architecture.
- Deep understanding of decentralized fundraising mechanisms, including token sales, staking, and governance models, with experience in the RWA space.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment while collaborating with team members effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices to ensure platform integrity.
- Ability to work with both centralized and decentralized systems, including integrating with existing financial infrastructure and blockchain networks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools to manage codebase and work with distributed teams.
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat) and testing environments to ensure robust and reliable smart contract implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements.
