Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and plan the architecture of business systems, and promote their implementation based on actual business scenarios.
• Design, develop, and evolve the team's business infrastructure, proposing system architecture evolution suggestions for business architecture.
• Ensure the stable operation of the platform in a high-performance and highly available environment.
• Guide the planning and implementation of systems and projects in all directions, leading the resolution of technical historical debts and online problems.
• Continuously build and maintain the stability of business systems.
• Combine platform business extraction, abstraction of business entities, and service boundary responsibilities to promote the evolution of architecture towards componentization and configuration.
• Track and research business forms, participate in technical/product requirement reviews, and ensure that business selection is carried out while maintaining architectural stability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Big Data Architect or similar role in a large-scale business environment.
• Strong expertise in system architecture design and evolution, with a focus on high performance and availability.
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural improvements.
• Experience in resolving technical debts and online system issues.
• Knowledge of business abstraction, componentization, and configuration-driven architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
• Background in cloud computing and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Certification in relevant architectural or technical domains.
