Job Description
The Technical Director is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Web3 project development, from conceptualization to deployment. This role requires leading system design and development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Web3 projects, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and scalability needs
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and system workflows
- Implement robust testing frameworks to ensure system reliability, security, and performance under high-load conditions
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps and prioritize development tasks based on business impact
- Oversee the integration of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure components

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical leader in Web3 development projects (minimum 5 years)
- Expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) design
- Strong background in system design principles, including scalability, security, and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Solidity, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and development frameworks
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
