Key Responsibilities

• CEX Exchange Business Technology Team Management: Lead the technical team, coordinate the work of team members, and promote the timely completion of projects.
• Project Management: Plan and drive the execution of technical projects, coordinate team resources, and ensure a high degree of alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
• Technical Decision-Making: Participate in the formulation of technical solutions, responsible for tackling technical problems and implementing key technologies.
• Cross-Departmental Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, security, and other teams to ensure the smooth implementation of business requirements and solve cross-departmental problems encountered in projects.
• Talent Cultivation and Team Building: Responsible for the construction and cultivation of technical teams, developing team development plans, and improving the overall technical level of the team.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the system complies with the security standards and compliance requirements of the digital currency industry, and conduct regular technical risk assessments and management.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery.
