Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of the company's business support system, overseeing requirements analysis, technology selection, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
• Direct front-end and back-end development activities, ensuring technical implementation aligns with business goals, and participate in writing core program modules.
• Participate in the organization and optimization of company business processes, providing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
• Coordinate the technical integration of company systems, managing server handover procedures and ensuring compatibility across platforms.
• Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge products and technologies in the DeFi and GameFi fields, promoting innovation and development of related product technologies.
• Oversee the development process, identify and resolve critical technical challenges, and ensure key technology breakthroughs are achieved.
• Facilitate collaboration within the development team and with upstream/downstream departments to create clear, actionable development plans.
• Lead team building initiatives, implement performance evaluation systems, and cultivate a motivated, high-quality development team.

Job Requirements

• Proven expertise in blockchain technology, with a focus on full-stack development and architecture design for decentralized systems.
• Strong background in DeFi and GameFi ecosystems, including smart contract development, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Fluent in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, and experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum or Hyperledger.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of system integration, API development, and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for blockchain applications.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team motivation, performance management, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
