Job Description
As a Technical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction and innovation of our organization. This position requires a strategic mindset to oversee the development and implementation of advanced data solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration and upgrade of on-chain and off-chain data engines to enhance database security system. This includes evaluating existing infrastructure, designing scalable solutions, and implementing robust security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • Optimize the compatibility, modularity, and scalability of technical architecture. Focus on refining system interoperability, breaking down monolithic structures into modular components, and ensuring the platform can adapt to future growth and technological changes.
  • Lead and manage the technical team, including technical managers, engineers, and developers. Determine task allocation based on expertise and project needs, supervise project progress through regular check-ins, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Responsible for developing and managing budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for technical projects. Create detailed cost estimates, prioritize resource distribution to maximize ROI, and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor trends and innovations in the technology industry. Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluate their potential impact on our operations, and proactively promote their adoption within the company to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a technical leader in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead teams through technological transitions.
  • Strong expertise in data engineering, blockchain technology, and database security. Familiarity with tools such as Apache Kafka, Ethereum, and SQL databases is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of software architecture principles. Experience in designing scalable, modular, and secure systems that meet evolving business needs.
