Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the architecture design, backend development, and implementation of AI commercialized application products from scratch. This role requires hands-on coding and technical leadership to drive product success.
- Lead end-to-end product development including project initiation, technology selection, core module development, deployment, and long-term stable operation. This is a hands-on technical role, not purely managerial.
- Build multi-model fusion application architecture to implement core scenarios such as knowledge base Q&A, intelligent dialogue, and AI tool capability encapsulation. Solve engineering challenges including model invocation, prompt engineering, context management, and output stability.
- Establish the product commercialization system by independently designing and iterating core modules including subscription billing, membership systems, permission management, order payment, and user billing to support monetization.
- Oversee AI service cost control, interface scheduling, traffic concurrency, and stability governance. Optimize model invocation strategies, caching mechanisms, and degradation/current limiting to balance performance, cost, and stability.
- Lead small teams in product iteration, version releases, and online issue resolution. Establish technical standards and iteration cadence to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous operation.
- Prioritize developing product capabilities for international markets, adapting to overseas user habits, payment systems, and network environments to support global AI tool commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of AI commercial products from 0 to 1, with proven track record of launched products and ability to independently develop core modules
- Implement multi-model applications with practical experience in knowledge bases, RAG, intelligent Q&A, and AI tool integration - focusing on engineering implementation rather than just model training or algorithm research
- Design and optimize commercialization systems including subscription models, membership payments, and SaaS tool architectures
- Manage cost optimization, system stability, and high-concurrency governance with ability to make technical trade-offs between R&D efficiency, user experience, and operational costs
- Lead small teams with strong sense of responsibility and focus on delivery results and business value
Job Requirements
- Solid backend development and architecture skills with proven 0-1 product implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with multi-model applications including knowledge bases, RAG, and AI tool integration
- Preferred experience with subscription models, SaaS tools, or international product architectures
- Practical experience in cost optimization, system stability, and high-concurrency management
- Team leadership skills with focus on results and business value
- We value practical implementation over academic papers or pure management titles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building international AI tools, overseas SaaS products, or global subscription services
- Complete 0-1 implementation experience with RAG knowledge bases or multi-model scheduling
- Familiarity with payment systems including tiered pricing, auto-renewal, and international payments
- Experience incubating products from scratch with rapid iteration and monetization
