Job Description
As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for driving the technological vision and execution of our blockchain-based computing power network platform. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise to build scalable, secure distributed systems while leading a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Architecture Management: Develop long-term technical roadmap including computing power network architecture evolution, cross-chain interoperability solutions, and performance scaling strategies. Make critical technical decisions regarding consensus mechanisms (hybrid PoW/PoS), verifiable computing solutions, and on-chain computing power certification models.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performance engineering teams with capabilities in protocol development, security hardening, and system operations. Establish technical standards, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance processes.
- Core System Development: Design and implement critical components including computing power matching engines, on-chain settlement logic, node communication protocols, and verifiable computation modules. Optimize system performance and security against blockchain-specific challenges.
- Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture designs, protocol whitepapers, and developer guides to support ecosystem growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of backend/blockchain development experience including 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expertise in Go/Rust (C++/Java knowledge is a plus)
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals:
- Consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PBFT, hybrid models)
- Cryptography (hashing, signatures, Merkle trees, ZKP)
- P2P networking and data synchronization
- Smart contracts and execution environments (EVM/WASM)
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and solving scalability challenges
- Familiarity with DePIN concepts and decentralized computing networks
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and decentralized storage solutions

Preferred Qualifications
