Job Description
As a core member of our educational content team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Web3 developer education. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and decentralized applications (dApps) to create comprehensive learning materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with industry trends and user needs, ensuring our courses remain relevant and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality Web3 development teaching content in both Chinese and English, including video tutorials, documentation, and interactive exercises, tailored for diverse learning levels and objectives.
- Continuously optimize existing course content through rigorous analysis of user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging Web3 technologies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Lead the establishment and management of a dedicated course content team, defining workflows, setting quality benchmarks, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining scalability.
- Stay abreast of advancements in Web3 ecosystems, such as Ethereum, Solana, and DeFi protocols, to integrate cutting-edge knowledge into our curriculum.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless user experience and market competitiveness.
- Conduct research on educational best practices and industry standards to refine our approach and maintain excellence in teaching methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 development, with a strong background in blockchain technology, smart contract programming (e.g., Solidity), and decentralized application development.
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for global learners.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate course performance data and user engagement metrics, driving iterative improvements in content quality.
- Collaborative mindset with a history of leading or contributing to team-based projects, ensuring efficient coordination and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines, balancing creative innovation with operational efficiency.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments that cater to both beginners and advanced developers.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields, along with experience in educational content creation or tech product development.
- Fluency in tools like Git, Markdown, and content management systems (CMS) for streamlined production and version control.
- Experience with user-centered design principles to create intuitive and effective learning materials that adapt to evolving learner needs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders across departments.
