Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Research Engineer (Scientist) to join our team on-site in Hubei Province, with a competitive salary range of 12,000-30,000 RMB. Relocation subsidies may be available for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology, protocol analysis, and on-chain data research, with the ability to develop innovative tools and strategies to support our investment and trading systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Protocol Mechanism Research and Investment Support: Conduct in-depth analysis of core mechanisms and security of existing blockchain protocols (e.g., Layer1/L2, Restaking, ZK Rollups, liquidity collateral) to provide actionable insights for investment decisions.
- On-Chain Behavior Analysis: Utilize on-chain data tools (e.g., Dune, Flipside, GraphQL) and Python scripts to model Smart Money paths, DEX behavior, and arbitrage logic. Develop automated analysis tools or dashboards to provide algorithmic and research support.
- Multi-Chain Interaction and Arbitrage Structure Research: Build arbitrage and risk assessment models for cross-chain bridges, liquidity protocols, and oracle mechanisms in multi-chain ecosystems to enhance cross-chain investment research and trading systems.
- On-Chain Strategy Development: Create a multi-chain automated monitoring system to capture real-time opportunities (e.g., DEX arbitrage, cross-chain price differences, MEV trading). Develop batch interactive scripts (e.g., automated airdrop task execution) supporting 1000+ concurrent addresses. Optimize gas fee models and transaction packaging strategies to improve ROI. Build anti-sybil detection systems and refine address cluster behavior patterns. Implement RPC node load balancing to mitigate IP blocking risks.
- Cutting-Edge Trend Exploration: Track and analyze emerging trends in ZK, Restaking, Intent, AI x Crypto, and other frontier fields to guide strategic positioning.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in blockchain protocols (Layer1/L2, ZK Rollups, etc.) and on-chain data analysis tools (Dune, Flipside, GraphQL).
- Strong programming skills in Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience in developing arbitrage models, risk assessment frameworks, and multi-chain interaction strategies.
- Ability to design and optimize automated monitoring systems and transaction execution tools.
- Knowledge of MEV, gas optimization, and anti-sybil mechanisms.
- Familiarity with RPC node management and load balancing techniques.
- Passion for staying updated with cutting-edge Web3 trends and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in blockchain research, DeFi protocols, or crypto trading systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects or published research in Web3.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
