Job Description
Participate in product requirement reviews, provide professional testing suggestions based on WEB3 business characteristics, conduct in-depth requirement analysis, and perform business function testing, interface testing, and other related testing tasks according to product requirements. Independently understand product requirements, develop detailed test plans and test strategies, design and write high-coverage test cases and test data to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy of testing. Update and maintain test cases, test input/output documents, and other relevant materials promptly based on product requirement changes to ensure testing resources align with the latest product version. Execute functional testing and interface testing for PC H5, APP (iOS/Android), and related backend business systems. Track bugs throughout the process, analyze root causes, collaborate with R&D and product teams to drive issue resolution, summarize test results from a testing perspective, and deliver standardized test reports. Proactively communicate effectively with cross-border team members such as testers, developers, and product managers, coordinate cross-department collaboration, and promote smooth project execution and product quality improvement. Stay updated on WEB3 industry testing trends and technological advancements, propose suggestions for optimizing testing processes and improving efficiency, and assist in building a high-quality WEB3 product testing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing activities including functional, interface, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, cases, and reports.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely bug resolution.
- Enhance testing efficiency through automation and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify quality risks and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of software testing experience with solid knowledge of product quality and bug management.
- Familiar with full software testing lifecycle, common testing methods, and data analysis techniques.
- Proficient in core testing technologies including test execution, case design, requirement analysis, and strategy development.
- Experienced in APP (iOS/Android) testing, interface testing, and automation testing methods.
- Skilled in at least one automation testing tool, capable of setting up environments and writing scripts.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve functional, interface, and compatibility issues.
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and adapt to fast-paced WEB3 product iterations.
- Prior experience in WEB3, blockchain, or decentralized applications is preferred.
