Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and manage the testing team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of testing work. Provide technical guidance and support to help team members solve complex problems. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Testing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure platform quality. Design and implement automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency. Ensure all functional modules, especially contract trading, are thoroughly tested.
• Contract Testing: Gain deep understanding of contract trading business processes and technical implementations. Design and execute test cases for contract transactions, including creation, execution, clearing, and settlement. Identify and report risks, proposing improvements.
• Defect Management: Track and manage defects, ensuring timely repairs. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and monitor defect resolution. Verify the effectiveness of fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Documentation and Reporting: Write and maintain testing documents, including test plans, cases, and reports. Regularly update management on testing progress and results, providing data-driven recommendations.
