Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trading strategies on a decentralized perpetual contract exchange to ensure efficient execution of trades and achieve optimal results.
• Analyze on-chain data, transaction records, and market trends to provide data support and trend forecasting, and develop daily trading plans.
• Monitor market dynamics, trading liquidity, and funding rates in real-time, and adjust trading strategies flexibly to respond to market changes.
• Participate in the token listing and liquidity management of new projects to ensure the healthy operation of the market.
• Collaborate with market and technical teams to optimize trading processes and strategic execution tools.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in trading, preferably in decentralized exchanges or perpetual contract markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret on-chain data, transaction records, and market trends.
• Ability to develop and adjust trading strategies based on real-time market conditions.
• Experience in token listing and liquidity management is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including market and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing market environments.
