负责加密货币现货及合约市场的市场分析与交易策略执行。
Conduct market analysis and execute trading strategies across the cryptocurrency spot and futures markets.
根据市场行情制定短线、中线及阶段性交易策略。
Develop short-term, medium-term, and market-cycle trading strategies based on market conditions.
熟悉永续合约、杠杆、仓位管理、止盈止损及风险控制。
Demonstrate a strong understanding of perpetual futures, leverage, position management, take-profit, stop-loss, and risk management.
持续进行交易复盘，并优化交易策略及执行流程。
Continuously review trading performance and optimize trading strategies and execution processes.
2. 合约带单及团队管理
2. Futures Signal Services & Team Management
负责合约带单及交易团队的日常管理。
Manage the daily operations of futures signal services and trading teams.
根据市场行情输出专业的市场观点、交易策略及风险提示。
Provide professional market insights, trading strategies, and risk guidance based on market conditions.
负责交易团队成员的培训、指导及日常管理。
Train, mentor, and manage trading team members.
建立标准化的交易策略、风险控制及复盘机制。
Establish standardized trading strategies, risk-control procedures, and performance-review mechanisms.
3. 用户及交易资源拓展
3. User & Trading Resource Development
通过个人行业资源、交易社区、KOL、IB及Affiliate等渠道拓展交易用户。
Develop trading users through personal industry resources, trading communities, KOLs, IBs, and Affiliates.
维护现有交易用户，提高用户活跃度、留存率及交易量。
Maintain existing trading users and improve user activity, retention, and trading volume.
持续扩大合约交易用户规模及月度交易量。
Continuously grow the futures user base and monthly trading volume.
建立并维护与交易KOL、IB、交易学院及跟单团队的长期合作关系。
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with trading KOLs, IBs, trading academies, and copy-trading teams.
4. 交易数据及业绩管理
4. Trading Data & Performance Management
负责团队交易量、用户数量、用户活跃度及用户留存等核心数据。
Monitor key performance indicators including trading volume, user numbers, user activity, and user retention.
根据月度、季度及年度目标制定业务增长计划。
Develop business growth plans based on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
持续分析用户交易行为及业务数据，并优化运营策略。
Continuously analyze user trading behavior and business data to optimize operational strategies.
推动团队持续提升用户规模及整体交易量。
Drive continuous growth in both user acquisition and overall trading volume.
5. IB及Affiliate体系建设
5. IB & Affiliate Network Development
负责全球及区域IB代理的招募、管理及长期合作。
Recruit, manage, and develop long-term partnerships with global and regional IB partners.
搭建并完善高效的IB及Affiliate代理体系。
Build and optimize an efficient IB and Affiliate network.
制定具有竞争力的代理激励及合作政策。
Develop competitive partner incentive and cooperation programs.
提升代理活跃度、留存率及交易量贡献。
Increase partner activity, retention, and contribution to trading volume.
Job Requirements:
1. Crypto行业经验
1. Crypto Industry Experience
具有Crypto、Blockchain, Forex 或数字资产行业相关工作经验。
Previous experience in the Crypto, Blockchain, Forex, or digital asset industry is required.
深入了解数字货币交易市场及主流交易平台的业务模式。
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency trading market and the business models of major trading platforms.
2. 合约交易经验
2. Futures Trading Experience
对现货及合约交易产品具有深入理解。
Strong understanding of both spot and futures trading products.
熟悉合约、杠杆、永续合约及跟单等交易产品。
Solid knowledge of futures, leverage, perpetual contracts, and copy-trading products.
具有合约交易、合约带单或跟单相关实战经验者优先。
Hands-on experience in futures trading, futures signal services, or copy trading is highly preferred.
3. 团队管理经验

具有交易团队、BD团队、Affiliate团队或社区团队管理经验。
Experience managing trading, BD, Affiliate, or community teams is preferred.
具备团队搭建、人员培训及团队运营能力。
Strong capabilities in team building, staff training, and team operations are required.
能够独立制定团队目标并推动团队完成业绩。
Ability to independently set team objectives and drive the team toward performance targets.
4. 交易所背景优先

曾任职于头部CEX交易所的候选人优先考虑。
Candidates with experience at major centralized exchanges (CEXs) will be given priority.
