We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product UI design and visual elements, including mobile, web, and H5 pages
- Deeply understand business goals and conduct comprehensive analysis based on data, competitors, and user research
- Develop benchmark design solutions that align with business objectives
- Lead the development of UI specifications and interaction design principles
- Ensure consistency in UI design details and components across all platforms
- Review and maintain high-quality UI design standards
- Stay updated with current design styles and trends in the industry
- Develop and maintain a complete design system and methodology for product design
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and R&D teams
Job Requirements
- Rich UED interaction design experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive attitude and self-motivation to drive projects forward
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
