Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Interaction Designer to accelerate product development and launch. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct comprehensive user research focusing on product visual design and interaction patterns to gather valuable insights.
- Interaction Design: Produce high-quality interaction design deliverables including mockups, assets, animations, and videos.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the design team, establish design standards and specifications, and maintain organized design archives.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with product teams to ensure design implementation meets expectations during development phases.
- Additional Tasks: Support various design-related projects including marketing materials, promotional posters, and brand communication initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of product design experience in exchange platforms or similar financial products.
- Skills: Strong aesthetic sensibility, logical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Mindset: Passionate about creating top-tier products with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Collaboration: Prior team management experience preferred, with excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
