Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user interfaces for our platform and related promotional materials, including websites, posters, and social media assets.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and design solutions that enhance user experience and community interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand messaging.
• Develop visually compelling layouts that reflect the innovative spirit of Web3 projects and attract a diverse audience.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability and engagement metrics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for community-building initiatives and user retention strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in blockchain-related projects or Web3 ecosystems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop, along with a solid understanding of design principles and user-centered approaches.
• Deep interest in Web3 technology, blockchain innovation, and community engagement, with a desire to contribute to a growing industry.
• Ability to work independently as a part-time designer while maintaining high-quality output and meeting project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey design decisions clearly.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to both short-term goals and long-term vision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
• Experience with responsive design and multi-platform compatibility (web, mobile, etc.) is a plus.
