Job Description
As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the user interface for MetaDAO. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform, creating engaging experiences and visually appealing data displays. This position offers the opportunity to shape decision markets for both businesses and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for MetaDAO platform
- Create engaging user experiences that drive platform adoption
- Develop beautiful and functional data visualization displays
- Shape the implementation of decision markets for business and DAO applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions
- Conduct user research and testing to continuously improve the platform experience
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web/mobile interface design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 technologies is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with DAOs or decentralized applications
- Background in economics or decision science
- Familiarity with smart contract interactions
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
