Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive visual design and user experience (UX) innovation of a blockchain-based NFT Marketplace platform. The candidate will lead the creation of intuitive, aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces that align with the platform's core functionality and brand identity. Key tasks include translating product requirements into visual solutions, designing interactive user flows, and ensuring the final design meets both technical and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital experience for users across all platform touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the visual design system for the NFT Marketplace, including layout structures, color schemes, typography, and iconography
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate the platform's user interface concepts
- Collaborate with product managers to understand business goals and translate them into design specifications
- Work with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with technical constraints and performance requirements
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the platform's visual experience and interaction design
- Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices
- Implement design solutions that support the platform's core features such as NFT listings, trading functionality, and wallet integration
- Develop visual guidelines and style books to maintain consistency across all platform components
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling promotional materials and onboarding experiences
- Continuously iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and analytics data
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for blockchain platforms or digital marketplaces (minimum 3 years)
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and blockchain technologies
- Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flows and functionality
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product, development, and art teams
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
- Experience with agile development processes and iterative design cycles
- Strong attention to detail with a portfolio showcasing NFT-related design work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
