Job Requirements

• Proven experience in international work settings, such as overseas assignments, foreign-funded organizations, or blockchain-related industries.
• Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to work remotely effectively.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a track record of delivering high-quality digital products (PC-WEB, mobile, and backend ToB platforms).
• Ability to interpret product requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
• Skilled in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for iterative development and visual prototyping.
• Excellent time management capabilities to meet project deadlines while maintaining flexibility in scheduling.
• Fluency in English or other international languages to facilitate seamless communication with global teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology fundamentals and its integration into digital product ecosystems.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and evolving project demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead UI design for PC-WEB, mobile, and backend ToB platforms, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements, conduct user research, and align design solutions with business goals.
• Execute daily design iterations, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual optimization for seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and usability across diverse platforms and user bases.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design quality and user satisfaction.
• Communicate design decisions and progress through Feishu, utilizing voice/video calls for real-time updates and task coordination.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time, adhering to project timelines and scope.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and product outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
• Document design processes and maintain clear communication with team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
