Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Web3 decentralized wallet, market data, and on-chain analytics products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our financial trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for Web3 decentralized wallets, market data, and on-chain analytics products
- Create product designs for core trading scenarios including Swap, K-line charts, Token details, positions, orders, transaction history, and address analysis
- Deeply understand on-chain trading user behavior to continuously optimize trading flows, information hierarchy, and operational efficiency
- Develop visualizations and interaction designs for complex data, market trends, assets, and capital flows
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and data teams to implement design concepts from ideation to launch
- Research leading Web3 wallets, DEXs, CEXs, trading terminals, and financial products to enhance overall product experience
- Design differentiated trading experiences by incorporating market trends, user feedback, and on-chain player habits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of UI/UX/product design experience
- Preferred experience in financial trading, securities, Crypto, Web3, market data, or analytics product design
- Proficiency in Figma with excellent interface, interaction, and visual design skills
- Familiarity with information architecture of complex trading products and ability to handle high-density data and multi-state interactions
- Strong understanding of Web3 wallets, DEXs, Swaps, Meme coins, contract trading, and on-chain assets
- Knowledge of mainstream Web3 products like Phantom, OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, Jupiter, and Axiom
- Independent design capabilities covering requirement analysis, interaction solutions, and high-fidelity design execution
- High standards for user experience, details, efficiency, and product consistency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product and development teams
