Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive visual style guidelines for all product offerings, ensuring cohesive design language across desktop and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into visual design specifications, working closely with engineering teams to implement these designs
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, including layout structures, color schemes, and interactive elements that enhance user experience
• Design and produce branding assets such as posters, brochures, email marketing campaigns, and visual identity systems to support marketing efforts
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize interface functionality
• Stay updated with industry design trends while maintaining the company's unique visual identity and brand standards
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure design outputs meet campaign goals and brand messaging requirements
• Prepare design documentation and present creative concepts to stakeholders for approval and implementation
• Monitor design performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of visual solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance to junior designers and mentor team members in maintaining design quality and consistency standards

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in PC and mobile interface design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop for creating high-fidelity mockups and visual assets
• Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
• Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies and ability to create wireframes that prioritize user needs
• Ability to work with both front-end and backend developers to ensure design implementations are technically viable
• Knowledge of branding strategies and experience in creating cohesive visual identity systems for different platforms
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey design decisions
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output standards
• Experience with responsive design techniques to ensure interfaces function seamlessly across devices
• Understanding of accessibility standards and ability to create inclusive design solutions for diverse user groups
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for basic front-end implementation and understanding of design systems architecture
