Job Description
This role is for a passionate UX designer to collaborate with cross-functional product teams and drive user-centered design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying user needs through research and analysis, translating them into intuitive digital experiences, and ensuring seamless integration across all platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to design innovation, with a focus on creating solutions that enhance user engagement, improve conversion rates, and optimize operational efficiency. The designer will also contribute to the development of marketing materials and maintain design standards across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and requirements for internal and external products
- Develop and iterate UX prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders through collaborative workshops and feedback sessions
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system including component libraries, style guides, and accessibility standards
- Collaborate closely with developers to deliver high-fidelity design assets and technical specifications
- Validate design implementations through QA testing and user acceptance testing processes
- Stay updated on emerging trends in web, mobile, and app design through continuous learning and industry research
- Design and optimize marketing website templates with a focus on conversion rate optimization and brand consistency
- Document design decisions and maintain design documentation for future reference and team alignment
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align design strategy with business objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, prototyping, and design systems
- Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of design principles including usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience with design systems implementation and maintenance across multiple products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
- Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency in design deliverables
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes
- Understanding of SEO best practices for marketing website templates
- Ability to create responsive designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience optimization
- Experience with user testing methodologies and A/B testing for conversion rate analysis
- Ability to document design systems and maintain version control for design assets
- Knowledge of design thinking frameworks and user-centered design methodologies
