Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to oversee paid channel optimization and multilingual SEO strategies. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition and conversion rates across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Channel Growth & Optimization:
- Manage daily operations, monitoring, and optimization of global paid channels to enhance user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Cover mainstream advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., ensuring continuous improvement in channel efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to App and Web product features, collaborating with design, product, and data teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing industry insights and actionable recommendations.
- Multilingual SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Formulate and implement SEO strategies for multilingual sites (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Spanish) to boost organic traffic and conversions.
- Conduct localized keyword research and optimize content titles, descriptions, structures, internal links, and URLs.
- Manage hreflang tags, site architecture, crawling, and indexing to improve site health and search engine friendliness.
- Coordinate with content, translation, design, and technical teams to ensure timely content launches and ongoing optimizations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track core growth metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Generate periodic optimization reports and strategic recommendations using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
- Respond promptly to anomalies and drive cross-departmental troubleshooting and adjustments.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist in managing multilingual content teams or interns to maintain content quality and publishing schedules.
- Work closely with design, product, tech, and data teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Stay updated on international search algorithm changes and user behavior trends, proposing localized growth initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analysis, Linguistics, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or paid growth, with preference for multilingual site optimization or App/Web paid campaign management.
- Proficiency in mainstream ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, TikTok Ads) and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA).
- Expertise in multilingual SEO techniques, including hreflang implementation, international site structures, and content localization.
- Fluency in at least one foreign language (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French) for content review and translation coordination.
- English as a working language and Chinese as mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency exchanges/financial platforms or regional SEO setup from scratch is a plus.
