Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, data-driven user growth manager to join our dynamic web3 team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative user acquisition and retention strategies to drive the growth of our platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, leveraging analytics tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve scalable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven user growth strategies tailored to the web3 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Analyze user behavior data using advanced analytics platforms to identify growth opportunities, improve user engagement, and enhance retention rates through actionable insights.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and referral programs, to increase brand awareness and attract new users.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine user experience, iterate on product functionality, and ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on user growth metrics, engagement KPIs, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry developments, identify gaps in the market, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all growth strategies and marketing activities comply with evolving regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and ethical best practices in the web3 space.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in user growth, marketing, or product management within the web3 or blockchain industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation, A/B testing, and user segmentation to inform growth decisions.
  • Fluency in cryptocurrency fundamentals, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps) to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with product, engineering, and customer success teams, translating business goals into actionable plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and growth hacking techniques to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including GDPR, AML, and KYC requirements, to ensure all growth initiatives adhere to legal standards.
  • Preferred: Experience with NFTs, DAOs, or decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, as well as familiarity with Web3 tools like MetaMask, WalletConnect, or blockchain explorers.
