Job Description:
岗位名：运营实习生
Position：Operation Intern
-协助策划、执行及跟进平台线上活动，包括交易大赛、充值活动、邀请活动、AMA 及渠道联合活动等。
-协调产品、设计、运营、客服等团队资源，推动活动顺利上线及落地执行。
-跟踪活动核心数据指标，包括参与人数、交易量、转化率等，并协助完成活动复盘与优化。
-协助完成活动公告、推广文案及相关运营内容的中英文整理、翻译及校对工作。
-收集行业动态、竞品活动及用户反馈，为后续活动策划和优化提供支持。
-Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and events, including trading competitions, deposit campaigns, referral programs, AMAs, and partnership events.
-Coordinate with Product, Design, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth event launches and execution.
-Track and analyze event performance metrics such as participation, trading volume, and conversion rates, and support post-event analysis.
-Assist with the preparation, translation, and proofreading of event materials, announcements, and promotional content in both English and Chinese.
-Conduct market and competitor research and collect user feedback to support future campaign optimization.
Job Requirements:
-中英文流利，能够使用中英文进行日常沟通及内容输出。
-对加密货币、区块链及 Web3 行业有浓厚兴趣，有相关经验者优先。
-具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力及团队合作精神。
-具备较强的学习能力和责任心，能够适应快节奏工作环境。
-有活动运营、市场营销、社群运营或相关经验者优先，但非必须。
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the Web3 industry.
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Previous experience in operations, marketing, community management, or events is a plus but not required.
