Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer (UX) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for our exchange products while driving continuous improvement in product design and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience design of exchange products, driving product experience upgrades and innovations
- Conduct comprehensive research on user behavior patterns and market trends to inform design decisions
- Optimize user experience design by leveraging deep understanding of blockchain industry characteristics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure design concepts are effectively implemented
- Monitor and analyze design trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Continuously enhance product visual presentation and overall user experience quality
- Handle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/product design, preferably in fintech or blockchain domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive user interfaces for complex systems
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions
- Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchange platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
