Job Description:
Video Production & Creativity
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos for KuCoin's marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
- Produce various formats including short videos, explainer videos, advertisements, tutorials, interviews, and event highlights.
- Ensure all video content aligns with KuCoin's brand image and narrative style.
Content Strategy & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to transform campaign concepts into engaging video assets.
- Support KuCoin's sponsorships, brand ambassador programs, and community events through creative video content.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to propose innovative presentation formats.
Production Management
- Manage end-to-end production processes, including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, and post-production editing.
- Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when necessary to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Optimize workflows for multi-platform distribution.
Performance & Optimization
- Track video performance across platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and propose optimization strategies.
- Continuously experiment with new formats to enhance engagement and ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of video production experience (shooting + editing), preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech, or internet industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual design skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or live-stream production is a plus.
