Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Design and select the technical architecture for the wallet system, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Blockchain R&D: Lead research and development in blockchain technologies, including multi-chain support, smart contract integration, and decentralized identity (DID).
• Team Management: Lead and manage the wallet development team, including front-end, back-end, and blockchain engineers. Develop plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Product Development: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop core wallet functions like asset management, transaction signing, and DApp integration.
• Security & Compliance: Implement secure wallet systems with private key management, encryption, and anti-phishing mechanisms. Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards.
• Innovation: Track blockchain and Web3 advancements, introduce new technologies, and optimize wallet systems for better user experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership for wallet or blockchain systems.
• Strong expertise in blockchain technologies (multi-chain, smart contracts, DID).
• Experience managing cross-functional development teams.
• Deep understanding of security protocols and compliance in fintech or blockchain.
• Ability to innovate and integrate emerging technologies into product development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and project management capabilities.
