The Poison Protocol is a decentralized, multi-chain synthetic asset issuance protocol. Synthetic Potions (tokens) are issued using stablecoins as collateral, such as BUSD, USDt, USDc, DAI, MIM, tUSD, FRAX, or ibTokens, like cDAI, cUSDC, cUSDT, aDAI. These tokens can be issued when locked in a Vault contract. Synthetic Potions mimic the price behavior of real-world assets such as stocks, commodities, and ETFs, allowing traders anywhere in the world to gain exposure to these prices without the need to own or trade the actual assets.
