Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our partner network and driving growth through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Expansion and Signing: Develop target lists and segmentation (top KOLs, communities, traffic studios, Brokers/IBs) to maintain a stable pipeline of potential partners.
- Deal Design and Commercial Negotiation: Create and refine partnership models including CPA/CPFTD, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tiered rebates (based on trading volume/net deposits/retention), with clear risk control terms (fraud, volume inflation, abnormal traffic handling).
- Partner Operations and Growth: Support the establishment of partner operation mechanisms such as monthly campaigns, content scheduling, material and landing page support, and events/AMA/live streams/offline meetups.
- Data-Driven Analysis and Review: Track core metrics including FTD/deposits, trading volume, NGR/net revenue, CAC, ROI, retention, and channel quality; produce weekly/monthly reports with optimization recommendations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing/brand/content, product, legal/compliance, finance/settlement, and customer service teams.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in BD/channel growth/affiliate/KOL partnerships, preferably in exchanges, brokers/CFDs, fintech, traffic alliances/MCNs, or trading community ecosystems.
- Proven track record of signing KOLs/communities/IBs, with measurable results in user acquisition, net deposits, trading volume, or revenue.
- Familiarity with partnership models and metrics: CPA/RevShare/Hybrid, LTV/CAC, funnel and retention; basic understanding of attribution and tracking.
- Strong negotiation and contract skills: ability to draft Term Sheets and convert "budgets" into "results-driven" agreements.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and willing to travel/attend events for expansion; working proficiency in English (key for cross-regional partnerships).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Broker Programs or high-quality Affiliate networks (common in trading/gambling/fintech).
- Knowledge of common fraud techniques and anti-fraud measures (volume inflation, arbitrage accounts, low-quality traffic, etc.).
